Baked Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake (Single Slice)
Our first baked cheesecake to come out of the Ginger Bee kitchen and it’s a marriage of two of our favourite things. Cheesecake and brownies! Half decadent brownie and half delicious vanilla cheesecake baked on top of a chocolate digestive base. Finished with fresh whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate. Sold in individual slices which have been pre-portioned for your convenience, so all you need to do is enjoy! All cheesecakes may contain traces of nut due chocolates and ingredients used. Storage
Your cheesecake will be delivered to you fresh. These will last up to 2 days in a fridge - but they are that good we doubt that they wont be eaten straight away! If you want to save them for another day pop them in the freezer for up to 1 month for a nice icecream cheesecake treat.
